Your initial consultation is a 1-hour meeting where we review your wellness goals, nutrition assessment questionnaire, food journal, and past health history.
We will determine which areas of nutrition we need to focus on and if supplementation or a meal plan is necessary, while setting short and long-term goals to create a blueprint for your individualized wellness program.
Your plan will include tools for your success, learning healthy long-lasting habits and nutrition education based on your health challenges.
In our follow up sessions, we’ll review your progress, discuss challenges, and solutions. The follow up may include specific nutrition education topics, healthy cooking tips, motivational techniques, and more based on your individual needs.
